TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS)

1st. I can deny a commission request for any reason, e.g. if I believe my skill no sufficient enough to take it.

2nd. I am using € (euro) as the base currency, but I am also accepting $ (dollar) and IDR under the same exchange rates (google's).

3rd. Viable payment option are through Paypal or direct bank transfer if you're an Indonesian.

4th. Completion Period may takes from 14 to 30 work days ( 1 week, 5 work days) depend on my schedule and the complexity of the works.

5th. All characters in the works belong to their respective owner. (If you're unsure how the characters owner is alright or not to have their character to be used in a commission piece, I won't forbid commissioning me but recommends to refrain from it).
6th. Please do not claim ownership of the works, even if you own the commercial right.
7th. As the commissioner you're free to upload the works to your social medias or to be printed and be displayed in non-commercial purpose (proper credits IS mandatory) as long as you don't edit/make changes to the work.
8th. If the owner of the character isn't the commissioner (client) or me, they would retain the right to also upload the works on their social media (strictly with proper credit), but editing/making changes to the artwork, or claiming the works to be theirs and the usage for commercial purpose is prohibited.
9th. The usage of the works for commercial purpose is prohibited by default. If you wish to use it commercially, there will be separate negotiation. (Note: this option won't be viable if you don't own the characters or if you aren't the client/commissioner, unless you have an agreement with the other party). for non commissioner/client/character owner please do not repost my work with out my permission.
10th. I as the artist reserve the right to use the works as a portfolio (either to be submitted by print or digitally) or to be posted on my social media accounts even if the client have commercial rights.
11th. Please pay me upfront 75% of the full price or more after we agree on the rough sketch. The rest shall be paid after I have finished the works or you can pay it fully upfront.
12th. No refunds upon client cancelation.
13th. If I, the artist, were to cancel the project for any kind of reason, I would return all of the amount the client have paid, unless it's due to the reason stated in the 15th clause.

14th. I will inform the status of the works to client every 3 work days.
15th. If the client haven't paid fully and didn't respond after 4 work days have passed from the second latest status report, then the project/contract shall be rendered void, and cancelation or the act of refund is to be deemed as impossible. If the client wish for the work to be resumed after said period, renegotiation is required.

16th. I might change/revise the Terms of Service in the future without further notice, but the enforced ToS would be the one at the time of the contract (Current: 9th Revision, October 1st 2021).

17th. Commission Rules are also part of the ToS.
18th. By commissioning me, you agree to this Terms of Service.

COMMISSION RULES

- I only offer one type degree of completion, fully rendered one.

- No furry, but animal ears is fine.

- No NSFW (gore, viewable genitals, etc).

- Semi-NSFW is fine for R18+ characters (actually I prefer to draw character which shows a lot of skin).

- No Depiction of Minors (under 18 yo) for Semi-NSFW  Commission.

- No Elderly-looking characters for semi-NSFW commission either. It's fine for normal one but I might struggle, so I don't really recommend using my service for that kind of characters.

- I don't draw real person, but you can sent me real person picture/image to be used as a pose reference.

- Please sent me images of your choosing to be used as the reference for the artwork. 

- I prefer to use real human pictures, rather than artworks for the pose references.

- Currently I am unable to draw Extra Character, male, mechs or heavily armored character, but it would changes in time as my skill progress.

- Modification can't be too different from the original and limited to 3 times for free after the sketch phase (unlimited in the sketch phase, as long as we haven't agreed yet on the sketch). Further modification after that is impossible.
